Morong youngest town council member, Dickson San Juan, arrived last night in San Francisco for a 45-day mission for the Philippine Government of Good Governance and Good Citizenship to be held in various Philippine consulates in The United States. Konsehal Dickson was assigned in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
