Our town is in need of another welcome arch in the boundary of Teresa and Morong, it will be located in Sitio Estacion, San Guillermo, to serve the main entrance to our town.

With the matter, In behalf of the Sanguniang Barangay of San Guillermo, I'm appealing to your good heart to help MORONG BALIKBAYAN ASSOCIATION by spearheading the said project or by any assistance that you can extend to them.

I will assure you also that this project will be properly implemented with their supervision.
